New Luxury Remodel Fire Pit Game Room Hot Tub! - Sevierville

Good afternoon and thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property! Here is your check-in information for your arrival: -Check-in any time after 4 pm, the door code is 5295, and check out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends. -The address is 1634 Spruce Drive Sevierville TN US -Free WiFi is also provided during your stay: -wifi name : Spectrum -password : greenpiano841 (all lowercase) Please note: A firepit is available for your use, however you must bring your own firewood. This can be purchased at most grocery stores or gas stations. -The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature. ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
