Our Upscale cabin in the Smoky Mtns is the ideal place for your next great vacation! Our cabin offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable tome with family/friends. You can soak in the hot tub and admire the scenic views or challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, Foosball, 2 arcades systems or air hockey. Wake up with coffee on the deck while soaking in majestic views and enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub or cuddling by the fireplace!
This cabin features true hardwood floors, stone fireplaces, a hot tub, jacuzzi tub with view, pool table, foosball, air hockey, EV charger and a huge master bedroom on the top level, with a full wall of windows overlooking the beautiful Smoky Mountains. All three floors boast large windows, allowing you to feel like you are one with nature in the Smoky Mountains. The property features 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably with plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped. Youll love the spacious living room and master bedroom, both with stone fireplaces. Prepare a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy one of the amazing 5-star restaurants or dinner shows in the area. And after spending the day hiking, sightseeing, horseback riding, shopping, or hitting one of the numerous adventure parks, come back to your home away from home to settle in and prepare for the next days great adventure! Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and the Breezy Ridge Cabin! Here is your check-in information: -Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the door code is 0428. Twist the deadbolt to the right after entering in the code to open it. To lock it, press the Schlage button and twist the deadbolt knob to the left. -Check out is 10:00 am -The address is 2412 Breezy Ridge Dr., Sevierville, TN -Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay: Name: 2412 Breezy Ridge Dr., Pass: breezyridgehideaway Additional things to know: -We have a drip coffee maker - coffee not provided. -The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature. -The nearest grocery store is Kroger in Pigeon Forge, about a 10 minutes drive. Please visit our website at https://beyondexpectationspm.com/area-guide/ for a full list of restaurants, activities, and other things to do for the area! Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

*NO PETS ALLOW! *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
