Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and the Breezy Ridge Cabin! Here is your check-in information: -Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the door code is 0428. Twist the deadbolt to the right after entering in the code to open it. To lock it, press the Schlage button and twist the deadbolt knob to the left. -Check out is 10:00 am -The address is 2412 Breezy Ridge Dr., Sevierville, TN -Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay: Name: 2412 Breezy Ridge Dr., Pass: breezyridgehideaway Additional things to know: -We have a drip coffee maker - coffee not provided. -The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature. -The nearest grocery store is Kroger in Pigeon Forge, about a 10 minutes drive. Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
