Great convenient location in a quiet gated Oceanfront complex steps to the beach. Walk to the many nearby restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza.
Several bike rental places nearby to explore the island and its amazing bike paths. The unit is perfect for a couple. Recently renovated taking out bunkbeds and opening up the bedroom to accommodate a King Sized Bed. Fully stocked updated kitchen. New sofa bed. Many guest amenities provided.
Convenient Location, Covered Parking, Gated Complex, located on the Ocean. Oceanview from balcony & steps to the beach.

Getting around

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

Check In: 4PM - 10AM

We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the Left, use either of the 2 gates on the Left to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay. To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it. Let me know if you need anything and have a great vacation!

Cancellation Policy

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
