New Renovation for 2022, Incredible ocean views! Centrally located in Seaside, just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Villa features a King bed in the bedroom and new Queen sleeper in the living area, a full kitchen and a walk in shower. The entire condo was gutted and rebuilt and everything is new! 2 beach chairs and 2 beach bikes are included.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued. Lot can fill up, don't block anyone in.

My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the Left, use either of the 2 gates on the Left to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay. To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it. Let me know if you need anything and have a great vacation!

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
