With 3 levels of living and the capacity to comfortably sleep up to 15 guests (12 adults/3 children), our vacation home offers a truly unforgettable experience.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, a den, 3 full baths, and a large family room with 2 separate living areas, as well as a loft with pull out sofas, our chalet provides ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring entertainment for all.

On the lower level, youll find our family room complete with a 50 smart TV, pool table, Xbox, and arcade games. Theres also a private den/bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bathroom with a step-in shower.

The main level boasts an open floor plan, including a living room with a 50 smart TV and gas fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom, a laundry room, and a large wrap-around covered deck perfect for entertaining.

Head up to the top level and discover our loft with 2 sofa beds, a 40 smart TV, and foosball. Theres also a full bathroom, a private queen bedroom, and a bunk bedroom with a twin over full bed and a separate single bed.

Located in the private community of Towamensing Trails, our chalet grants you access to amenities such as a private lake, beach area, tennis courts, playground, and boat rentals. Please note that the house can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

As a guest in our community, please note that badges are required to access the amenities. All individuals over the age of 5 must have a badge, and there is a limit of 8 badges per reservation. (the badges are included in your stay at no additional cost). Unfortunately, there is no option to purchase or obtain additional badges. We provide towel sets for up to 15 guests, but if you require more, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Please be aware that the minimum age to rent our vacation home is 24 years old. We kindly ask that you adhere to this policy when making your reservation.
