Completely redone bright, airy, clean and updated home that includes new furniture & a great breakfast bar with stools and a kitchen table. It has full stove oven microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom and home are tiled floors Inviting paint and trim with modern furnishings with craftsman style charm.

Palm trees abound on this property with your a patio area, Weber gas grill and outside shower for your use! There is peace of mind in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore!

There is a BBQ grill, and your own personal bikes (with bike lock). From the online pictures note the house is about 2 parking spots away from the beach - probably would be a minutes walk or so. It is an awesome location and a great place to stay.

Awesome restaurants like the Sea critters, Hurricane, The Sunset Grille, and Deweys are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners gourmet deli is even part of the beach scene, which is perfect place for groceries, BBQ items or a quick snack.

Brand-New Queen sized bed with plenty of storage and a brand new full sleeper couch. (house is recommended for 2 people but 3 are certainly welcome).

Pass-a-Grille (the southern tip of St Pete Beach) has a quaint downtown and brightly colored cottages are reminiscent of artists colonies. Today, its galleries, restaurants draw Floridians and visitors from all over the world. Safe, clean, quaint laid back from way back very cute 1920s turning modern historic beach town.Safe, secure and laid back. Its an old beach town with a lot of class..

I provide 2 bikes and there are beach trolley, island boat ferry, uber, free beach ride (a company that operates off of tips)

Considered the sunset capital of Florida and listed as one of the Top Beaches in the World Pass-a-Grille/ St Pete Beach has typically flat water, white sand and shells backed by waving dunes of sea oats and palm trees. The neighborhood has colorful cottages most built in the 1920s on an island only 5 house wide. There are 10 restaurants in walking distance and the house comes with two beach cruiser bikes so cars are not needed. The gradual drop-off of the firm sand into the low waves makes for nice swimming for kids and miles of excellent walking or jogging at sunrise or sunset. Sunset sails, horseback riding on the beach, boat & wave runner rentals or fishing and golf are all close by- just ask me if you are interested in something locally! No Parties only for individuals looking for a relaxing quiet get a way with or without just one car.
