More information by the provider: The cozy Apartment Kaiser (D19) is located in the quiet district of Arvenbüel at 1300 meters above sea level in beautiful Amden in Eastern Switzerland. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and offers a wonderful view over mountains, forests and meadows. The apartment is located in the family-friendly ski Amden-Arvenbüel. fnThe Arven piste, the chairlift and all winter sports facilities are located in the houses front yard, so to speak. In the summer season, the various hiking trails entice you to explore the area. Situated between the Walensee and its Mediterranean shores up to the summit of the Leistchamm at 2,101 meters above sea level, there are wide-ranging possibilities. The emerald-blue Lake Walensee and the village of Amden with its shopping facilities, chair-lift, café, restaurants and indoor swimming pool can be reached by car in a few minutes. The apartment is located in the center of the Arvenbüel district. A private parking garage (access via Rietstrasse) is available in the house. Parking can be arranged by the hour directly at the entrance of the house by means of a parking disc. The Arvenbüel, Arven bus stop is 200 meters away. Welcome to Amden above the Walensee. The holiday paradise in the south of the canton of St. Gallen offers a sunny location, wonderful natural environs, breathtaking panoramas and a wonderfully refreshing lake. The Swiss hiking area is diverse and offers between lake and mountains a wide range of walking paths, themed trails and hikes. In addition, the location is ideal for exploring the region. The cities of St. Gallen, Zurich, Chur or Lucerne can be reached in about an hours drive. Surrounded by the Heidiland, Glarnerland and Lake Zurich regions, Amden is centrally located and surrounded by varied vacation regions. Tip: Dont miss visiting Seerenbach Falls in Betlis, especially in spring. The natural spectacle at one of the highest waterfalls in the country is phenomenal. In winter, the Amden family ski resort is a hit with children. Most of the slopes are easy and a renowned ski school is perfect for kids. Sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, winter hiking, ski hiking and curling complete the offer right outside the front door. Or just enjoy the relaxing hours on one of the sun terraces. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
