Check In: 4PM - 10AM

Guest will be provided information and address for checking in at the S.R. Hotel. You will be given parking passes for access to the gated community along with your villa key.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security Deposit Refunds are processed 7-10 days or sooner - once we get the "all clear" from the property management group.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is 100% over 45 days prior to arrival. Within 45 days - refund is 50%.

Unless the property can be re-rented in the short time. If it is rented, then the payment will be refunded less a $150 administrative fee.
