Our villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an updated kitchen, full size washer and dryer are in the laundry room right off the kitchen, dining room with 6 chairs and a large table, family room, back covered porch overlooking a peaceful lagoon and golf course. Shipyard is a safe, gated community and The Colonnade Club is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. A 10 min walk on a shady path or a quick 3 min bike ride to the ocean.
The community pool and relaxing hot tub is a short 2 min walk from our front door. There’s a private front porch, a storage closet with chairs and pool items you are welcome to use. As you enter the front door you’ll be welcomed with an exceptionally clean house! The brand new flooring (2024) catches your eye, and the stainless steel appliances, white cupboards, fully stocked kitchen and separate laundry room adds to your comfort. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a queen size below and a double above. It has a smart tv, closet, dresser and night stand. The bath has a large storage area and shower. This bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and the hallway. The main bedroom offers a large, comfortable king sized bed, reading area, large dresser, tv and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a double vanity and a beautiful walk in shower.
