Located in The Greens of Shipyard, this villa backs up to the 6th hole of the Shipyard Golf Course. This 2-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom villa has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. No detail was overlooked. Perfect for a long weekend with friends or a week with family, you wont be disappointed. The complex pool is just steps away and its about a 7 minute walk to the beach! - The townhome is accessible via keyless entry. At least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date, an e-mail will be sent to you with the address and keyless entry code.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Make sure all patio covers are back on outdoor patio furniture
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- No pets allowed

- Must be at least 25 years old to book, ID required immediately after agreeing to book reservation.
- Must provide a personal e-mail for correspondence.
