Relax at our wonderful villa! The beach is an easy 8 min walk!
Our first floor Beachwalk villa is located in the private gated community of Shipyard. The villa is updated and welcomes you with beach decor. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One king bed in the master, one queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom. There is a comfy pull out queen sofa.It is fully furnished and has everything you could possibly need in a kitchen.
A two minute walk to the pool, and just an 8 walk to the beautiful beach.
Great biking paths that connect the entire island are a favorite in the Shipyard community.

WE ARE ALL ELECTRIC, NO GAS ON THE PREMISES, THERFORE NO CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR IS NEEDED.

No towels hung over railings.

No trash in any construction dumpsters , could result in a fine.

We are happy to share our family villa, we ask that you treat it with respect!

If you move any piece of furniture, please return it to it's original place before departure. We thank you in advance.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund for more than 60 days before your arrival date.
50% for over 30 days before your arrival date.
Hurricane or storm policy-No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation that encompasses the address of the unit.

Notes

Renter agrees to accept liability for any loss or damage caused to the unit , furnishings and surrounding premises by the renter , family members or guests.
Equipment malfunction cannot be guaranteed 100 % of the time. The owner will correct the problem asap. Refunds will not be issued due to malfunction of equipment, including internet and air conditioning.This includes any closed amenity such as pools. A refund will not be given for construction noise.
Truck campers, motorcycles, trailers, motorhomes are prohibited on the Shipyard premises.
